Hello,
I've installed my eclipse IDE Galileo 3.5.1 (I did the same test with 3.5.2) undex linux redhat 64 bit (java 1.5.0_08).
When I display a swt.widget.Combo with a lot of elements, it appears without vertical scroll.
There is only a button at the top and one at the bottom of the combo allowing the navigation in this list.
Moreover, the navigation with the mouse wheel doesn't work, which is really annoying when you want to acces to the last element of the combo list.
An easy way to reproduce this problem is the following :
- Open eclipse IDE 3.5.1 under linux
- Go to the menu window/Preferences
- Choose General/Keys and try to select "XSLT Debuggung" from the combo when in less than 1 second !
The problem is the same in my source code when i use a widget Combo with a lot of element.
Under windows XP, it works correctly : the mouse wheel allows the navigation in this list and there is a scrollbar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open eclipse IDE under linux
2. Go to the menu window/Preferences
3. Choose General/Keys and try to select "XSLT Debuggung" (last element of the list) from the combo "when"
=> You can only use the arrows at the top and the bottom of the combo in order to list all the element of the combo

I'm not sure this is a bug: scrolling is possible just the scrollbar isn't visible. Mouse wheel scrolling works without issue.
