Description Serge Beauchamp CLA 2010-05-04 09:02:27 EDT
The workspace level path variable show in the project variable list, and can be edited even though some edits might not make sense (e.g. setting the value as relative to a path variable).

Steps to reproduce:

- Create a new workspace level path variable in the Eclipse preferences "FOO"
- Open the project properties, in the "Linked Resources" section
- See that the variable "FOO" is listed, and that it can be edited/removed
- See if if edited, it can be set relative to another path variable (while this is not supported by the workspace path variable manager).

Serge, unless it is already fixed, you should move it to 3.7.
Comment 2 Lars Vogel CLA 2019-11-14 02:17:07 EST
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.

If the bug is still relevant, please remove the "stalebug" whiteboard tag.
