Patch with fix.

Currently breakpoint groups are sorted alphabetically which makes sense except that the Other category can end up in the middle of a list.  Logically, it would make most sense for the other category to be listed last.

BTW, this is not a regression.  Darin, do you think it's something worth addressing in 3.6?
