Following Out-of-Browser settings does not work
- Require elevated trust when running outside the browser
- WindowStyle

Even if we enable these settings following attributes are not added to the OutOfBrowserSettings.xml file. 
- <SecuritySettings ElevatedPermissions="Required" />
- <WindowSettings WindowStyle="BorderlessRoundCornersWindow" />

e.g. Application.Current.HasElevatedPermissions always false even if this option is enabled in the settings.
