the steps we'll use.

1) check the version number against the 3.5.x MANIFEST.MF.  If it hasn't changed, bump the service segment by 100 (3.5.2 -> 3.5.100).

2) release the bundles listed, and uncheck the "Release only projects that have changed..." option.

    Just an update. I compared these bundles with 3.5.x and found the versions area already changed. So I didn't change the version when I checked in...

Yup, that was correct.  But then you have to uncheck the "Release only projects that have changed" or they won't get tagged.

Right, I still see several projects that still have an old tag.  For instance

org.eclipse.ui.presentations.r21 
org.eclipse.ui.views 

Looking at the comparator log, there are also the examples bundles that need to be tagged for RC2.

org.eclipse.ui.examples.views.properties.tabbed.article
