The current Hudson/Buckminster-based build available here

Currently uses 3.5 target platform.  It should be moved to 3.6 target platform at some point.

Question is, if we want to move _all_ builds to 3.6 all together or continue building certain projects against 3.5?

Given ECF's resource constrains, I suggest we limit our target platform support to a minimum and let the community step up if they need broader support.
