The Breakpoints view shows a list of breakpoints and which of them are enabled.
When the debugger suspends execution at a breakpoint, that breakpoint should be highlighted in the Breakpoints view, or the suspended thread in the Debug view should have a context menu entry navigating to the breakpoint in the Breakpoints view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up several breakpoints in a Java project.
2. Debug the application until it stops at some breakpoint.
3. Look at the Breakpoints view and wonder which breakpoint the application is stopped at.
