I notice this on Mac, it might also apply for other operating systems. Typically it happens after I've done editing in the designer perspective and when I save a resource. Saving takes forever and sometimes it hangs. I can't easily reproduce it, but I suspect it's a problem with the STEM editors or project explorer.

I think this may be related to the deep refresh on the editor objects but I'll take it for now :-)
