In case we have a project that has been created by using the generated language specific ProjectWizard the Generator from an other mwe2-file is referenced. Teh navigation through F3 causes a NPE.

Due to that in the Method:
org.eclipse.ui.editors.text.StorageDocumentProvider.createDocument(Object)

The encoding of the reference Workflow of the XtextProject could not be aquired.
