I am working on a final update of the Eclipse Project Helios plan. Here is a link to the working draft:

Changes so far:

1) Committed all items except BIDI, still waiting on input from teams on this one
2) Changed Ubuntu version to 10.04 LTS. Also still waiting for final confirmation from people testing the release before committing this.
3) Updated EE list in Appendix (only change was updated org.junit from 4.7 to 4.8)

Please let me know if you have other proposed updates.

After talking with Silenio we decided the BIDI plan item should be deferred. There was some work completed to support setting text orientation on the Mac, but the main piece of work didn't make it into 3.6 (bug 183164). I believe this plan update is ready to go, but we can finalize on the call tomorrow.
