This is an XML error in handling task lists. I think that xerces is involved.

There is little information here that we can act on. XML errors can happen anywhere. Please check your workspace's log file and attach it here (workspace/.metadata/.log).

You should also try starting Eclipse in another workspace and seeing if the problem persists.
