Currently some RAP LCAs have many lines of commented code. I think we should remove this code before the helios release.

Example LCAs: PopupMenuLCA, DropDownMenuLCA ...

Go ahead and clean it up. Unless there is a very good reason for keeping it (which should be explained in a comment above), there is no use in commented code.
