The Commit dialog (at least as obtained from right-click/Commit in the
Synchronize view) does not wrap text, but requires explicit new lines from the
user.  Blechh.

This is by design and demand.
We'd consider adding in a toggle to turn on/off wrapping, as we've received 
one or two requests for wrapping, but for the most part people want no wrap 
and hard CR.
