1 java ee 6 schema is missing for CDI beans.xml


Patch is to bundle the content of 
http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/beans_1_0.xsd

and declare in plugin.xml as:

          <uri
                name="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/javaee/beans_1_0.xsd"
                uri="***LOCALLOCATION***/beans_1_0.xsd" />

Change LOCALLOCATION to the relative path in the bundle jar

Moving to EJB Tools since this is EJB functionality.

It is too late this release to open a CQ and get this included.

Once we get an approved CQ, we will need to move this bug to WTP Source Editing (since they own the org.eclipse.jst.standard.schemas plugin.)

The o.e.j.standard.schemas plugin is in the SSE project. I am not a committer in this project and cannot commit the patch in CVS. 

SSE committers, could you commit the attached patch for M3?
