As a part of ACTF AI part enhancements, we will develop a common platform of synthesized audio description for online videos.

As the first step of this enhancement, we will develop a prototype tool "Script Editor" to edit/test audio descriptions.

Changed project name as Eclipse ACTF Script Editor Lite (EASEL). Tha name was proposed by Hiro (committer).
