There are items in project context menu that are not applied to a project, such as "Exclude from build" or "Build Configurations">"Delete resource cfgs". They should not be visible for a project, only for folders or files. Also context menu would benefit from a little organizing of items related to build.

Build Configurations/Resource Configurations separated and somewhat organized on HEAD (7.0)

Top menu Project/Build configurations slightly organized as well on HEAD (7.0)
