If you delete from diagram an element with applied stereotype(s). When you drag&drop the element, the stereotype label is lost. Even if you apply another stereotype, the label is not restored with the first one. Only the second one is displayed.

Stereotype label must be restored when you drag and drop an element.

Shown stereotype for an element is a purely graphical information.
This information is deleted when the graphical representation of the element is deleted ("Delete from diagram").
