Build Identifier: 3.6.0 - I20100313-1044

1. Open Eclipse, create Java project and Hebrew-named java class inside the project
2. Declare some Hebrew-named method which recieves two Hebrew-named parameters
of Hebrew-named types
3. Declare some othere Hebrew-named method which calles to previously created method with parameters.
4. Put the breakpoint inside the method from step 2 and debug the program
5. When execution stops at the breakpoint, examine the Debug view
Result- Hebrew named methods and their parameters appeare unreadable (see attached screenshot)

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
