The list in the working set dialog is cut off at the bottom in High Contrast 
mode.

This is only an issue for Java working sets. Moving to JDT UI

STEPS

In High Contrast Mode...

1) Select Select Working Set...
2) Select New
3) Select Java
4) List is cut off

This appears to be resolved in Eclipse 3.2.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
