Here is what I see in high contrast mode

Maybe the real problem is that the labels don't wrap, if that's what is
bothering you.	I agree this must be fixed.

I have created bug #30678 for the labels that don't wrap.

I think you have too high of a screen resolution set. Eclipse is meant to work 
at 1024x768 in High Contrast. I will attach a screenshot at that resolution.
