The Target Platform Preference Page is cut off in High Contrast mode in XP.

Still an issue at  1152x764 (the newer requirement) but the problem is much 
reduced.

Fixed.
Don't have a 1152x764 setting on my thinkpad, but said preference page looks 
ok even on 1024x768 in high contrast.

1152x860 is the high contrast minimum so you are all set.
