When a restored shell is resized horizontal, it doen't layout it's children. Steps to reproduce:

1) Load a RAP app with a shell (e.g. the workbench demo)
2) Maximize the shell and reload your browser.
3) Restore the shell to the the last known size.
4) Resize the Shell horizontally.

As you may see the children of the shell doesn't relayout. But if you change the size vertically all children will relayout correctly. Maybe this bug occurs only in Chrome, I tested it with Safari and everything worked fine. It seems that the bug doesn't exist with RAP 1.3 M5
