Currently our templates create entrypoints. With the support for IApplication we should change the usage of an entry point to IApplication. This will remove RAP specific code and makes the steps to start with RAP a little bit easier.

Refactored solution

I refactored your solution (just some small changes). But you forgot to change the description of the templates. You will see them when creating a project form such a template. It still says that an entrypoint will be created. Please use my patch as the base for these changes.
