wiki snippet with bulleted list
This seems to be driven by the margins around <p> tags. I've tightened the bottom margin for <p> tags in the #content div from 20px to 10px. I'm also not seeing the difference between logged out and logged in(although it's clear in your attachments), but we've had some similar 'effects' recently caused by caching issues. -M.
