spacing above-below bulleted list

Hi,
I have noticed that when not logged in that a bulleted list has a fairly large space above it and less space below it. Imho this gives a bit strange effect, normally the sentence above a bulleted list is related to the bulleted list, so should be located near to it.
See the attached files. I attached the screenshot and the wiki test.

For a live example see here:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Teneo/Teneo_Build_Setup#Try_it

Note that you need to be logged out to see the styling 'issue' I mean here. When logged in it looks fine.

Btw, I fully understand that there may be other people having other opinions. So this feature request is just to signal this and if it is easy to change this then it would be great.

This seems to be driven by the margins around <p> tags. I've tightened the bottom margin for <p> tags in the #content div from 20px to 10px.

I'm also not seeing the difference between logged out and logged in(although it's clear in your attachments), but we've had some similar 'effects' recently caused by caching issues.

Works fine now for me.

Thanks!
