When an Eclipse-based product ships with examples (e.g. WSAD), the currently
only show up on the Other... new items dialog.

We always place the Examples as the last category.
In some products, there are just enough extra categories to cause the Examples
to get pushed off page, requiring you to scroll the categories to see them.
This has shown to be a major issue in the usability studies: people can't find
the examples.

For 2.1, we should make the following changes:

1. When there are examples installed, an Examples... item appears in the New
menu, between the regular items and Other..., with separators around it.
The Examples... item is not shown if there are no examples installed.

2. When chosen, this opens the new items dialog, filtered to show only the
examples. The dialog title should be "New Example". This is similar to how
the New > Project... item works.

3. By definition, all examples show up under the Examples category, so the
dialog should flatten the categories one level.
E.g. the Readme example creates a new category called "Example Creation
Wizards" under the "Examples" category.
Rather than showing the following in the categories pane:
Examples
  Example Creation Wizards
We could just show:
Example Creation Wizards

If there are wizards directly in the Examples category (no subcategory), then
the Examples category should be shown as a separate item:
Examples
Example Creation Wizards
