When you have a launch configuration marked as a favorite, and you rename it, it will appear twice in the favorites list and in the launch menu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create/open a Java project with at least one (Java Application) run configuration
2. Click the drop down next to the green run icon and select "Organize Favorites"
3. Add your run configuration and click OK
4. Click the drop down again and select "Run Configurations..."
5. Select your configuration in the tree in the left
6. Edit the name in the text box in the upper right
7. Click Apply, then Close
8. Open the drop down again, and you will see your project twice.
