Currently the code in EnvironmentInfo and in Main both assume that when we are running on Macos the WS will be carbon. I think we should make it Cocoa.

I agree, it seems time to move to cocoa as the default.

Note that bug 286453 introduced an alternate default ws if no launcher fragment is found for the original default.

I also see that we probably should have guessed cocoa if running on x86_64.  Though that doesn't matter if we just change the regular default to cocoa.

The fix was incomplete, the alternate ws referred to in comment #2 also needed to be updated.  Now that cocoa is the default, the alternate becomes carbon.  I made this change.
