Implement boiler plate connector for exercising oslc client api.

OSLC 2.0 is a large evolution from 1.0.  A rudimentary connector complete with a rich Task Editor could be implemented now with OSLC 2.0's introduction of Resource Shapes.

We are past the feature freeze for 3.6. I'm moving this to the next milestone.

It's too late to undertake this effort for 3.7. I'll remove the milestone for now and we re-consider in the next planning cycle.
