TPTP JUnit Plug-in test logs are missing events.

See /Plugin_Project/JUnit_Plugin_Test_Suite.execution in the attached sample projects.

Appears to be a regression caused by https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=299964.

The test log is missing the first start event and invocation event(s).  That is, it only contains the aggregate verdict event and last stop event.

Reproducible in both TPTP JUnit and TPTP JUnit Plug-in test types (see test logs for http://download.eclipse.org/tptp/4.7.0/dev/TPTP-4.7.0-201002091900/BVT/IBM_JRE_150/index.html).

Note, this was reproduced for the TPTP JUnit Plug-in test type using the IAC.

In the TPTP-4.7.0-201002141900, the first start event is now in the test log, but not the invocation event.  

Test Types:
TPTP JUnit
TPTP JUnit Plug-in

Configs:
IAC (IBM JRE 1.6)
AC (IBM JRE 1.6)

Caused by https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=302859 since the new test methods/invocations did not mark the editor dirty so the code generation was not invoked.
