The "browser detection" is a relict from W4T and not used in RWT any more.

Patch

Removes the browser detection and related classes.
In addition the types Assert and IServiceAdapter were removed. Unused methods from ServiceStateInfo, AbstractServiceHandler and HtmlRespoonseWriter werw also removed.
