Test Case:
1. download and unzip the attached workspace
2. start it
3. in the Breakpoints view make sure the last entry:
   HashMap [Entry] - loadFactor()) is selected
   ==> might already result in big flickering
4. with the mouse single-click on another element in the view
==> again flickering and element gets scrolled

Selecting an item that is not completely visible makes the view scroll down (making the item visible). However, the same behavior occurs in the the package explorer. The flash/jump have been fixed with bug 301118.
