The menubar does not update correctly while switching a perspective. Steps to reproduce:

1) Start org.eclipse.rap.demo with the design and go to the "demo" persepctive. Three menuitems are shown up.
2) Switch perspective to "planning", a fourth menuitem should appear but nothing happens.
