Fix.

This bug is for the DSF component of the original bug 301595.  The bug in DSF is that AbstractVMAdapter implementation of IViewerInputProvider does not handle the case where a given view does not have an IVMProvider configured.

I updated both plaftorm and DSF to get the patches of both bugs and things now work properly.
