When setting a menu contribution's style to "pulldown" and adding new items to it using menu:xxx locationURI, the contributed items are not shown.

The "Home" coolbar menu item should be visible as a pulldown menu containing a submenu item "Logout".

Fixed and committed to CVS HEAD. I tested it with you demo and all items show up correctly now.
