In addition to comments we need a dedicated documentation view to give the user the possibility to annotate any model element, graphical or not, UML or not. It can be comments on a UC, but also on a UC Diagram or on an author eAnnotation or on any other data.

The UML comment can be used sometimes for this purpose but it can not address situations when the model element is not UML (diagram or author for instance).
So we need to provide a view contextual to the selected element and the data should be stored in a consistent way for any situation : i.e. in an eAnnotation.
