tagandrelease is supposed to tag and release the latest changes and then run a build.

The build part is failing. I thought it was Bug 299664 and dependencies.urls.txt but it is not.

The last GEF HEAD build found two eclipse installs, it should find one:

Works for GMF, need to verify GEF.

Last night's GEF build was successful, so done.
