A reminder that the DTDCodeFoldingTest#testRemoveNode JUnit test was deactivated by Bug 299645 and it really should be reactivated at some point.

There's no clear indication why this is failing only on the build machine. As it can be verified running locally and during smoketests, I'm resolving this.
