Debugging with DSF with the "non-stop mode" option selected results in the following error:
"Non-stop mode is only supported starting with GDB 6.8.50"  

Fedora 12 contains gdb 7.0-3:
$ gdb hello
GNU gdb (GDB) Fedora (7.0-3.fc12)
