I have one question.

Why "Surround with" feature doesn't work in Eclipse Galileo.

I don't think this was ever in CDT. Maybe this should be changed to enhancement instead of normal?

Actually, this was added in CDT recently (see Bug 289339). You can use this yourself with Eclipse 3.6 and CDT 6.1. It's not in Galileo SR1 (your build id).
