Resource decorations should appear wherever resources appear in dialogs.  The
nature decorator always appears, but the others do not.  Here are some dialogs
that do not obey resource decorations:

- New file/folder wizard, the pane where the parent should be selected from the tree

- FileSelectionDialog, ResourceSelectionDialog, ResourceListSelectionDialog

Should hook thier label providers up to the decorator mechanism.

As decorators are more common in other views we should do this too.

Note that decorations can affect the sort order if the viewer's sorter sorts 
based on the labels rather than attributes of the elements themselves (which 
the default ViewerSorter does).  Need to check for this in each case.

Done all relevant dialogs except ResourceListSelectionDialog. See Bug 31107.
