The online user guide has changed significantly.  /org.eclipse.mylyn.help.ui/build-helper.xml should be run and the corresponding files under /org.eclipse.mylyn.help.ui/userguide should be committed to CVS, such that the latest help content appears in the next build.

Feel free to assign this one to me.

I've committed the latest online user guide content as of yesterday, including the new additions-repository-connectors anchor.
Let's leave this issue open since it should be done again just before the 3.4 release candidate is created.
