+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #295446 +++

JavaScript icons in outline view are too big which makes them look distorted
when mixed with other types, e.g. in HTML or PHP editor. By default most views
use 16x16 icons. JavaScript icons by default are wider - 22px.
I couldn't have found any icon that would actually use this extra few pixels.

I see patch applied in R3_1_maintenance, so shall this bug be marked as fixed?

ignore that, I mistaken "Local" and "Remote" views in CVS Synchronize.
