We should add an EclipseLink 1.2 platform to support the last 1.x release before 2.0.  For now this platform should focus on JPA 1.0 level support and not JPA 2.0 preview support, since EL 2.0 is almost here.  The platform UI and context support will be limited to what was available for configuration in 1.1.2.  EL 1.2 based artifacts will be support as a result of this change.

Verified EL1.2x supports JPA1.0 and appears in the GUI as an available platform when you create a JPA1.0 project.  Verified against M4 candidate - wtp-R3.2.9-I: I-3.2.0-20091208
