It would be very handy if the filename of the actual file visualized in the
editor pane would be shown as part of the main frame window title. Most of the
times the labels of the tabs are too small to contain this information, so the
user has to look for the mouse and point on the tab label to get the tooltip pop up.

The tooltip contains the full path and that's probably the more usefull
information. Of course if the path is very long, the filename gets truncated,
therefore it probably would be the best to use the following form for the title:
[Perspective] - [filename] [path] - Eclipse Platform
