Currently the Slider has only the Elements Slider-UpButton and Slider-DownButton. It would be good to have the icon separated from the buttons like the Combo or DateTime does (came with the fix of bug 292817). So the new Slider Elements should be:
- Slider-DownButton-Icon (states = vertical, horizontal, hover)
- Slider-UpButton-Icon (states = vertical, horizontal, hover)
