While debugging bug 293264 I got the following exception the first time I tried to hover over the value of the constant ACC.CHILDID_SELF from ToolBarManager (line 129).

More info:

1. ToolBarManager is not in my workspace as source, the opened file is ToolBarManager.class
2. I had the Orca screen reader active at the time
3. Execution was not stopped at a breakpoint at the time I got the exception
4. I have not been able to reproduce since restarting my target
