Using the fancy, business or others theme using the ConfigurableStack, the RAP application has the following problem.

If you close all views or editor, and then open them again, the tab is not displayed.

This issue is not appearing if you do not use themes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the demo RAP application
2. Open http://127.0.0.1:{port}/{business|fancy}?startup=default
3. Click "Open new editor" toolbar button
4. Close editor
5. Click "Open new editor" toolbar button

this was a really good bug report, thanks! I have fixed the bug and committed the changes to CVS HEAD.
