To reproduce, go to any Project Summary page. Notice that a broken image is shown under 'Commits Activity Meter' (instead of the actual activity).

This appears to affect all of these pages.

The dash database was offline for emergency maintenance yesterday.

But I am curious -- do you have a monitor that reports when the Dash pages are unavailable?  You seem to find these real quickly  :)
