- only allows you to change location, not rename project
- if you uncheck then recheck the default location check box, it indicates: Invalid location path

I am looking at removing the Move menu item on a project and putting it into 
the Property dialog of the project, since all it is doing is changing the 
location of the project.  This is part of the Cut/Copy/paste work (see the 
proposal on the platform-ui page).

As a project move is only to do with location the current dialog is correct. 
Also it should not move to a preference page as Move exists for all other 
types of resources.
