Looking at the examples demo, I found that the arrow cursor on push buttons just don't look "right" and - indeed - in contrast to SWT, Web 2.0 apps commonly show a hand cursor on buttons (for example, look at amazon, XING, google reader, ...)
I think a hand cursor on buttons would make the new themes look more "webbish".

Push and toggle buttons now have hand cursor when they are enabled.
